Your use of https://typeless.io, or any of its affiliated or successor sites (Site), including any of the products or services used, purchased or assessed on the Site (Services), or other dealing with us is deemed your acceptance of this Agreement. We, us, our or similar pronoun refer to the Company. You, your, or similar pronoun, or User refer to any individual or entity who is deemed to accept this Agreement by using or assessing the Site or any of its Services, or otherwise deals with us. Including in all is grammatical forms are construed without limitation.

• Company may from time to time amend this Agreement. All amendments are effective immediately upon publication on this Site. You are deemed to have accepted all amendments if you continue to use this Site or any of the Services after the amendments.
• The Company may terminate your use and access to the Site and the Services, for any reason (including your breach of this Agreement) or for convenience without any reason, immediately upon notice.

1. Eligibility

• This Site and the Services are available only to Users who have the capacity to contract under applicable laws. By using this Site or the Services, you warrant that you (i) have the capacity to contract under applicable laws, and (ii) are not barred from purchasing or receiving the Services under applicable laws.

1. User Conduct

By using this Site, You  agree that:

• Your use of this Site shall comply with this Agreement and all applicable laws, rules and regulations;
• You shall not use this Site in a manner that:
  • Is illegal, or promotes or encourages illegal activity;
  • Promotes, encourages or engages in child pornography or the exploitation of children;
  • Promotes, encourages or engages in terrorism, violence against people, animals, or property;
  • Promotes, encourages or engages in any spam or other unsolicited email, or computer or network hacking or cracking;
  • Infringes on the intellectual property rights of any other person or entity, including those relating to Primary Content or Derivative Content;
  • Violates the privacy, personality or publicity rights of any other person or entity, or breaches any duty of official secrecy or confidentiality that you owe to any other person or entity, including those relating to Primary Content or Derivative Content;
  • Interferes with the operation of this Site;
  • Contains or installs any viruses, worms, bugs, Trojan horses, Cryptocurrency Miners or other code, files or programs designed to, or capable of, using extensive resources, disrupting, damaging, or limiting the functionality of any software or hardware.
• You will not:

• All the Company's content on this Site, including all Primary Content provided by the Company as part of the Services, text, software, scripts, source code, API, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features, trademarks, service marks and logos (Companies Content), are owned by or licensed to the Company , and are subject to copyright, trademark, patent or other intellectual property rights protection.
